Abstract
This manifesto embodies a unified vision among educational professionals and degree-granted programs that support a robust Digital Media talent pipeline in the State of Connecticut. The document was produced by 17 higher education faculty and reviewed by members of Connecticut’s Digital Media professional workforce. The document reexamines and updates ideas presented in previous manifestos, now outlining new essential branches which will be referred to as "three branches" in Digital Media.

Abstract
